Arcscribe solves a problem that arises in all collections of hand written documents. How to easily transcribe from the image of a manuscript to a text document that can then be read clearly and even searched. Load your image, it is resized to fit the screen. The " loupe" is positioned over the document and it's magnification is adjusted to suit the reader. The lines will appear magnified in a window under the image. You then simply type into the text input window below it, then save the file. It can be used on it's own or as an integral part of the Community chest software suite.
